20 Minute Complementary Call
- Book a discovery call to discuss your main health concerns and answer any queries you may have.
- If agreeable – we will find the time for your initial consultation.
FREE
75 minute initial consultation
- In-depth initial Functional Nutrition consultation- see Consultation Services.
- Following the consultation you will receive a tailored functional report including dietary, lifestyle and supplement suggestions.
- Discuss Functional Laboratory testing where relevant – see Laboratory Testing.
45-60 Minute follow up consultation
- Follow up’s allow time to monitor progress.
- Time to run through any test results you may have had through Matter For Health or your GP.
- Your functional report will be revised following the consultation and sent to you.
- Generally we advise an initial and follow-up.

- Sarah see’s sustainable changes when clients have a follow up booked into their diary.
- Follow up’s enable momentum and motivation.
- Useful for clients who have had fantastic improvements but want to re-engage.
- Allows extra tests to come in at this point for further investigation.
- Clients reach their goals most successfully when there is a support structure in place, with occasional appointments, which allows assessment of progress and encouragement.
*Children’s consultations are priced differently to adults.
Please note your consultation fee includes the time it takes Sarah to put your programme together and further scientific research where needed.

Terms and Conditions
Payment: Monies are payable in advance of initial consultations by BACS. Follow ups invoiced afterwards.
Cancellation Policy: We know that plans can change but we ask all clients to kindly give 24 hours notice of cancelling their session; we appreciate being given more notice if possible. Otherwise there is a 50% cancellation fee.
Between Visit Support:
Should you have any queries between visits, you can contact us by phone or email – no need to wait until your next consultation, at no extra cost to you.
Supplements: We offer both current and past clients 5% discount on supplements.
Tests: Please note payment for tests are paid separately to the laboratory.
