PCOS and Endometriosis

Personalised support for pcos and Endometriosis

Supporting women with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and endometriosis requires a thoughtful, individualised approach. These conditions can influence hormonal balance, ovulation, inflammation, and overall reproductive health — often in ways that feel complex and, at times, overwhelming.

No two experiences of PCOS or endometriosis are the same. Your programme is carefully tailored to your history, symptoms, and goals — whether you are trying to conceive, preparing for IVF, or looking to better manage your condition day-to-day.

Through personalised nutritional therapy, I work with you to gently address the underlying factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and fertility challenges. This may include supporting blood sugar regulation in PCOS, reducing inflammation associated with endometriosis, and optimising nutrient status to support hormonal balance, cycle health, and egg quality.

If you are preparing for IVF or assisted conception (See IVF page here), particular attention is given to supporting egg quality, hormonal balance, and the uterine environment in the lead-up to treatment. Nutritional and lifestyle strategies are carefully aligned with your cycle and clinic timelines, offering structured support without adding unnecessary complexity during an already demanding process.

Alongside fertility support, we can also address day-to-day symptoms often associated with PCOS and endometriosis, such as irregular or absent cycles, painful or heavy periods, acne, fatigue, and blood sugar instability. By taking a steady, personalised approach, the aim is to help you feel more balanced, comfortable, and supported within your body over time.

If you are looking for structured, personalised fertility support, this work is explored in more depth within the Female Foundation Programme.

If you are looking for support in an area not immediately related to fertility, I offer an 8 week programme. The details are below.

What is Included

Initial Consultation
Your programme begins with a comprehensive 90-minute consultation where we explore your health history, menstrual cycle patterns, symptoms, medical background, and current nutrition and lifestyle habits. This allows us to develop a clear understanding of the factors that may be influencing your PCOS or endometriosis symptoms and overall hormonal health
Personalised Plan
Following your consultation, you will receive a carefully tailored plan designed to support hormonal balance, metabolic health, inflammation regulation, and overall wellbeing. Recommendations are personalised to your individual symptoms, health history, previous test results and goals.
Bespoke and Targeted Supplementation Guidance
Supplement recommendations are personalised and carefully selected based on your individual needs. These may support areas such as hormonal balance, inflammation pathways, metabolic health, gut health, energy levels, and overall symptom management. All recommendations are evidence-based and tailored specifically to you.
Functional Laboratory Testing and Interpretation
Where appropriate, functional laboratory testing may be suggested to provide deeper insight into areas such as nutrient status, metabolic health, inflammation, microbiome balance, or hormonal patterns. Any testing recommended complements investigations already carried out through your GP or medical specialist, and results are carefully interpreted to guide your personalised programme.
Ongoing Support and Accountability
Your programme includes one initial consultation and five follow-up consultations, allowing us to track progress, adjust your plan, and support improvements in symptoms over time, and to enourage you to be able to implement changes on going into the future.

This approach can work alongside any medical care you are under, helping you feel supported as you move forward.
