Fertility
Sarah has years of experience in supporting clients and researching into fertility. She has recently undertaken the Foundational Fertility Certification through Dr Leah Hechtman PHD.
This course has allowed Sarah to continue and enhance her understanding in the complex biology of Fertility both in female and male’s. Each individual comes with their own biological challenge including genetics, however there are core practices of understanding fertility that are universally applicable. Through this Foundational course Sarah has covered:
The Reproductive Microbiome – Explored the intercommunication between the male and female microbiomes and how they influence conception.
Conception – Understand the intricacies of the physiology of conception through an integrative medicine lens e.g. looking at the body as one whole system. When one area is not working well for example your gut health, this will impact the hormone balance.
Interpretation of assessments
essential for evaluating fertility across both female and male spectrums.
Environmental Medicine – Explored how external factors, such as lifestyle choices, pollutants, chemicals and environmental toxins can influence reproductive health and fertility.
Nutrition and Supplements Uncovered the intricate links between nutrition and fertility, and how this affects the body as a whole. Gained insights into gender-specific nutritional and supplemental strategies that underpin optimal reproductive health.
Sarah also has a great understanding in genetics affecting both male and female fertility.
Sarah is hugely empathetic towards this sensitive and emotional health issue.
