FERTILITY

Sarah works with individuals and couples to address the core factors that may be affecting their fertility. Her approach focuses on rebalancing hormones, reducing stress, and addressing root causes to optimise outcomes through a science-based support system.

While many turn to IVF as a quick solution or without adequate preparation. Sarah helps both men and women prepare their bodies to maximise the likelihood of success. If in a heterosexual couple – Sarah likes to ideally see both individuals for 3 months, to help both prepare their bodies to maximise the likelihood of success. Not only that, but this time period can help encourage a healthy pregnancy.

Having been through IVF herself, Sarah knows how important it is to support your body at every level. From gut health and hormones to immunity, sperm and uterine microbiome and the nervous system, each plays a role in fertility. Drawing on her scientific background and personal journey, she’s passionate about guiding and educating others through the complexities of fertility and testing options.

Sarah is an active researcher in the field of fertility and also possesses a strong understanding of genetic factors influencing both male and female fertility. While each individual presents unique biological factors, including genetic influences, there are core principles of fertility that remain universally applicable.

See our Test page for examples of assessments Sarah may recommend. There is no obligation to proceed with any testing, and Sarah will also review any previous results you may have. She approaches this sensitive and deeply personal health issue with exceptional empathy and compassion.

She provides unwavering support from the very beginning of your fertility journey or at any stage along the way.

Sarah recently completed the advanced training with renowned fertility expert Dr. Leah Hechtman, PhD. This program deepened her expertise in the complex biology of fertility in both women and men.
