Meet Sarah

Welcome!

Fantastic that you are taking steps towards improving your health and wellbeing. I’m Sarah, a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist, trained at the renowned Centre for Nutrition Education with accreditation through Middlesex University. After four years of study, I graduated with a degree in Nutritional Therapy, grounded in biochemical sciences and the Functional Medicine approach. I am also a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and coach.

When I work with clients, our sessions often go beyond food and nutrition. Life experiences—whether stress at work, difficult relationships, trauma, or the pressures of daily living—can profoundly influence wellbeing and the ability to make long-term change. By combining nutritional therapy with NLP coaching, I support both body and mind, helping create powerful shifts that can truly transform your health.

Nutritionist

My Background

Before retraining, I worked in the aerospace and defence industry. My passion for health and nutrition eventually led me to pursue Nutritional Therapy, a decision that has shaped my life and career ever since. I have seen profound improvements in my own health.

Since graduating in early 2010, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of clients of all ages. I’ve worked within two of London’s leading Nutrition and Functional Medicine clinics, including a specialist centre for chronic fatigue, ME, and Fibromyalgia, where I spent eight years supporting clients within this complex field. I have also worked in a private Functional Medicine clinic in Guildford alongside Functional Doctors.

Through these experiences, I’ve seen how personalised nutrition, subtle lifestyle changes, and targeted functional testing can bring about profound improvements in health and quality of life.

I am committed to staying up to date with the latest evidence-based research in nutrition and functional medicine. This includes ongoing training with leading laboratories, enabling me to offer the most relevant clinical tests and supplement recommendations backed by robust scientific data.

My approach is personalised, with the goal of helping you achieve your health objectives.

Sarah's Approach and Values

My approach begins with taking the time to truly understand you—your health history, lifestyle, challenges, and goals. Through careful questioning and research, I aim to build a clear, compassionate picture of your needs.

I am a realist: most of us lead busy lives shaped by long-standing habits. It is easy to neglect ourselves, especially when trying to maintain a balanced lifestyle while juggling the many demands of day-to-day life.

I am here to support you along the way. My goal is to help you take control of your health in a way that feels practical, realistic, and enjoyable—not restrictive or overwhelming.

When working with clients on their fertility journey, my role is to support, listen, and gently guide you through what can often feel like an emotionally demanding and uncertain time. Over the past five years, I have gained extensive experience in this area, alongside additional training with fertility specialists and within IVF settings. This allows me to offer both compassionate emotional support and clear, evidence-based educational guidance tailored to your unique path.

From years of practice, I’ve found that clients achieve the most meaningful and lasting change when they have a supportive structure behind them. Regular check-ins and occasional appointments provide clarity, encouragement, and the reassurance needed to stay motivated and on track.

Looking forward to chatting with you.
