Meet Sarah
Welcome!
It is great you are interested in improving your health and wellbeing. I am Sarah, a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist having trained at the renowned Centre for Nutrition Education, accreditation via Middlesex University. I qualified with my degree after four years of study in Nutritional Therapy, underpinned by biochemical sciences and the Functional Medicine approach. I am also a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner/coach.
When I work with clients, our sessions sometimes go beyond health and nutrition. What is happening in your life whether that is work stress, relationships, trauma etc, these experiences often influence your overall well-being and the outcome. Combining nutritional therapy with NLP coaching, addressing both body and mind can create powerful shifts and truly transform outcomes.

Following a career in the aerospace and defence industry, my passion and interest in good health and nutrition led me on a journey to study Nutritional Therapy. Since graduating at the start of 2010, I have successfully worked with thousands of clients – both adults and children. I have worked at two of the leading London Nutrition and Functional Medicine clinics, one of which specialises in chronic fatigue, ME and Fibromyalgia where I worked for 8 years helping clients in this complex field. I have also worked in a private clinic in Guildford with Functional Doctors for a number of years. I have seen how the integration of nutrition, subtle lifestyle changes and functional testing can bring about profound changes to clients.
I keep up to date with the latest evidence based research in science and nutrition. This includes training with laboratories so that I can offer clients the best clinical tests available, along with the supplements backed by scientific research and data.
My approach is personalised, with the goal of helping you achieve your health objectives.
Sarah's Approach and Values
My approach is to meet with you and understand your needs through careful questioning and research. I am very much a realist and I am aware that most of us lead busy lives, which are often shaped by deeply rooted habits. I also understand that the demands of everyday can force you to neglect yourself, particularly when it comes to having a balanced diet and lifestyle whilst juggling LIFE.
I offer full support along the way to enable you to achieve your goals and take control of your health. I also appreciate the need to make achieving optimal health a very practical, realistic and enjoyable experience.
Consistently I have found that my clients reach their goals most successfully when there is a support structure in place, with occasional appointments to give that feeling of encouragement.

Together, we’ll explore your key concerns, issues or goals
