Meet Sarah
I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist, trained at the renowned Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Medicine, accredited through Middlesex University. I hold a degree in Nutritional Therapy, grounded in biochemical sciences and a Functional Medicine approach. I am also a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and coach.
Since graduating in 2010, I have had the privilege of supporting thousands of clients. My clinical experience includes working within two of London’s leading nutrition and functional medicine clinics, as well as within a private functional medicine practice in Guildford alongside GPs and doctors specialising in integrative care.

My focus on fertility developed through both professional and personal experience. Having navigated my own fertility journey, including IVF, I understand not only the clinical and scientific aspects, but also the emotional complexity that can accompany this process. This perspective continues to shape the way I support my clients — with both depth and sensitivity.
Through ongoing training, clinical practice, and research, I have developed a particular understanding of the factors that can influence fertility, including inflammation, immune health, male factor fertility, miscarriage, and implantation challenges. Beginning my own journey later in life has also given me insight into the additional considerations that can arise with age-related fertility.
I remain committed to evidence-based practice and continued professional development. This includes ongoing training in fertility, nutrition, and functional laboratory testing, allowing me to offer carefully considered, science-led recommendations that are both relevant and personalised.
Alongside extensive clinical experience, I have undertaken further training with fertility specialists in both the UK and Australia, allowing me to provide personalised nutritional and lifestyle guidance that is thoughtfully tailored to your individual journey. Through both professional practice and my own experience with IVF, I understand the emotional and scientific complexities that can accompany assisted fertility treatment.
I understand that fertility journeys can feel deeply personal, complex, and at times uncertain. My role is to offer clear, evidence-based guidance alongside compassionate, personalised support — helping you feel informed, reassured, and supported as you work towards pregnancy and improved reproductive health.
Looking forward to chatting with you.

I couldn’t recommend matters for health more! Having worked with Sarah for a number of years navigating complex chronic health issues, I have seen steady improvements over time. I came to Sarah hopeless, suffering with chronic fatigue and completely housebound at the age of only 25. Sarah helped me uncover how hormonal imbalance and chronic infections were influencing this and provided testing and supplements/ herbs to get my body back into homeostasis. Sarah always shows such compassion and brings a refreshing, inspiring energy to every appointment which extends beyond just the prescribing of tests and treatment plans. She’s a practitioner who truly cares. With Sarah’s help I came to a place 2 years ago where I was ready to have my first baby and once again Sarah’s support was there throughout… through trying to conceive, to pregnancy itself and postpartum I was able to have the healthy pregnancy, birth and postpartum I once thought was impossible, and a vibrant, healthy baby girl to love. I can always trust Sarah’s advice when it comes to keeping me and my family healthy.
