Meet Sarah

Welcome!

I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist, trained at the renowned Centre for Nutrition Education and accredited through Middlesex University. I hold a degree in Nutritional Therapy, grounded in biochemical sciences and a Functional Medicine approach. I am also a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and coach.

Since graduating in 2010, I have had the privilege of supporting thousands of clients. My clinical experience includes working within two of London’s leading nutrition and functional medicine clinics, as well as within a private functional medicine practice in Guildford alongside GPs and doctors specialising in integrative care.

My focus on fertility developed through both professional and personal experience. Having navigated my own fertility journey, including IVF, I understand not only the clinical and scientific aspects, but also the emotional complexity that can accompany this process. This perspective continues to shape the way I support my clients — with both depth and sensitivity.

Through ongoing training, clinical practice, and research, I have developed a particular understanding of the factors that can influence fertility, including inflammation, immune health, male factor fertility, miscarriage, and implantation challenges. Beginning my own journey later in life has also given me insight into the additional considerations that can arise with age-related fertility.

I remain committed to evidence-based practice and continued professional development. This includes ongoing training in fertility, nutrition, and functional laboratory testing, allowing me to offer carefully considered, science-led recommendations that are both relevant and personalised.

I understand that every fertility journey is deeply personal, and at times, uncertain. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space alongside clear, considered guidance — helping you feel more informed, more in control, and gently supported as you move forward.

I am here to support you along the way. My goal is to help you take control of your health in a way that feels practical, realistic, and enjoyable—not restrictive or overwhelming.

When working with clients on their fertility journey, my role is to support, listen, and gently guide you through what can often feel like an emotionally demanding and uncertain time. Over the past five years, I have gained extensive experience in this area, alongside additional training with fertility specialists and within IVF settings. This allows me to offer both compassionate emotional support and clear, evidence-based educational guidance tailored to your unique path.

Looking forward to chatting with you.
